What is NIS2<\/h2>\r\n

Directive (EU) 2022\/2555 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2022 on measures for a high common level of cybersecurity across the Union.<\/p>\r\n

It defines minimum cybersecurity requirements for companies and organizations operating in key sectors. Member States must transpose the directive into national law; therefore, a new Czech Cybersecurity Act is currently being drafted to align with NIS2.<\/p>\r\n

The law is expected to enter into force in October 2024.
